📱 iPhone / Mobile tip:
If you see your cellular carrier IP (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) even though you're on WiFi, that's normal.
To see your true WiFi public IP:
If you see your cellular carrier IP (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) even though you're on WiFi, that's normal.
To see your true WiFi public IP:
- Go to Settings → Cellular
- Turn OFF "Cellular Data" (or turn off Wi-Fi Assist)
- Refresh this page and click the button again
- Turn Cellular Data back on when you're done
